I offer support to clients struggling with mental health issues, mood disorders, addiction, relationship difficulties, work-related problems and support in their personal development goals.
I work using various therapeutic approaches, such as solution-focused, strength-based therapy, relational and acceptance & commitment therapy.
I offer face-to-face counselling support Online Teletherapy via phone or Zoom video conferencing.

I enjoy working together with clients to help them heal from difficult experiences, problems or issues and assist in making way for a happier, brighter future. I do so by creating a safe space that is free from judgment, in which issues can be explored and attended to at their own pace to help the individual gain further self-awareness, self-compassion, and progress.
