Integrative Counselling

My Therapeutic Approach

I enjoy working together with clients to help them heal from difficult experiences or problems and assist in making way for a happier, brighter future. I do so by creating a safe space that is free from judgment, in which problems can be explored and attended to at their own pace to help the individual gain further self-awareness, self-compassion, and progress.

As an Integrative Counsellor, I use a variety of therapies in my work, some of which are listed below:

Person-Centred Therapy

Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Art Therapy

Gestalt Therapy

Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Provocative Therapy

Strength-based Therapy (SBT)

Narrative Therapy (NT)

Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MCBT)

If you have any questions about any of these techniques, feel free to call me to discuss.
